COTECH Solar's on-grid module portfolio is built entirely on N-type cell technology, spanning three platforms — TOPCon, heterojunction (HJT) and back-contact — that reach up to 730 W and 23.2% efficiency.
Three N-type platforms, one supplier
- NeoPro (TOPCon) — 182/210 mm N-type bifacial dual-glass modules from 430 to 725 W, for residential, C&I and utility plants.
- HyperX (HJT) — heterojunction high-power modules from 590 to 730 W with a very low temperature coefficient of −0.24%/°C and bifaciality up to 90%.
- NeoBlack (back-contact) — all-black modules from 460 to 660 W for premium residential rooftops, with best-in-class shading behaviour.
Warranty and durability
COTECH dual-glass modules carry a 15-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power warranty, guaranteeing at least 87% of initial output at year 30. Extremely low LID and PID, plus IEC, UL, TÜV and CE certification, back long-term field performance.
Off-grid, flexible and portable too
Beyond on-grid, the module range includes 26 off-grid SKUs from 40 W, ultra-light flexible panels that bend to 248°, and folding portable panels for mobile power — all documented in full datasheets.
