The Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) announced a tender for a 120 MW AC photovoltaic project in Aurangabad district, Bihar, integrated with a 60 MW battery energy storage system rated at 240 MWh.
The scope covers design, engineering, supply, construction, erection, testing and commissioning, plus five years of operation and maintenance. For bidders, the combined scope means module and battery interfaces, performance guarantees, commissioning tests, O&M staffing, degradation assumptions and grid-availability milestones should be priced and allocated clearly rather than treated as separate packages.
