Solar Module Degradation & Warranties Explained
How to read a PV module warranty — product versus performance cover, what a 30-year linear curve guarantees, what causes degradation, and the exclusions that decide a claim.
Ultra-light N-type TOPCon flexible panels for curved roofs, vehicles and marine use.
A frameless ETFE format for weight-sensitive and curved installations. The documented range separates 50–200 W 12 V-class panels from 300–500 W HV panels. Nominal battery class is not the same as the panel operating voltage; use the electrical table to select a controller.
Confirm the permitted bend radius, substrate, adhesive and ventilation with the supplier. An IP68 junction box does not authorize immersion or walking on the panel. Do not apply a dual-glass module warranty to this flexible series; the source specifies separate 5-year product and 10-year power terms.
Send country, application, target model, required power, installation constraints and quantity. Request the current drawing, electrical table, installation instructions and certificate scope. A series summary is not an installation approval.
Figures below apply only to the named models in the linked datasheets, not every product in the family. Confirm the current revision, model-specific certificates and signed warranty before purchase.

How to size PV strings — temperature-corrected Voc for the cold-morning voltage limit, the hot-day MPPT check, current and fuse limits, with worked examples.
A vendor-neutral comparison of the three mainstream N-type module technologies — TOPCon, heterojunction (HJT) and back-contact — covering efficiency, temperature behaviour, bifaciality, cost and where each fits best.
